It’s a noodle stir fry that holds all three flavours sweet, sour and savoury sauce with crushed peanuts on the side. Thai Aree’s Pad Thai sauce recipe, invented 80 years ago by my grandmother, Sa-ngiem Pienlert, contains "REAL TAMARIND" that will give you that original full flavours of Pad Thai.

Thai Aree Story
Our homemade Pad Thai sauce recipe was developed 80 years ago by our grandmother. During wartime, shortages of rice caused the Thai government to encourage the general population to consume noodles. This led to the birth of Pad Thai, which had become our national food for over 80 years. Our grandmother created this original recipe of Pad Thai sauce for our family to use within our own household. She combined quality ingredients including fine fish sauce, natural sugar, tamarind sauce which had been carefully filtered and shallot from her garden. It was the start of the delicious homemade Pad Thai Sauce, the recipe which we now are bringing to you from our own home.
